Look at the different between bust size with band size. If it is 1” so you have A cup. Less than 1” you can choose AA cup. If it is 2” so can select B cup. If it is 3” you can buy C cup. If it is 4” you can choose D cup. If it is 5” so you can choose DD cup. If the difference is 6” so you need E cup. If you have 7” in difference, so you can take F cup. For instance your band size is 36 inches and your bust is 40 inches, so there is 4 inches in different. You will need 36D bra sizes.
